Returns and Refunds
Christmas Returns
Any orders made between 1 November and 24 December can be returned until 31 January.
We want you to shop in confidence knowing that if your gift isn’t quite right on the big day, you’ll still have plenty of time to exchange or return.
Returns and Exchanges
We totally get it. Shopping online isn’t always easy. If your knit arrives a little too big, a little too small, or just not quite right, you can return or exchange it through our fuss free returns portal.

Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, you’ll get an automatic notification. Our team will process your return within 10 working days, followed by an email confirmation of your refund. Refunds usually take 3 to 5 working days to appear in your account.
Return Cost
For UK returns, shipping costs £3.15, which is deducted from your refund.
For international returns, costs are shown within the returns portal.
UK Exchanges
We offer exchanges for UK orders. Simply request your exchange through our returns portal. Once your original item has been received back at our warehouse, we’ll send your new item out to you free of charge.
International Exchanges
At the moment, we’re unable to offer direct exchanges for international orders. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your item through the returns portal and place a new order for your preferred style or size. This ensures you get your new piece as quickly as possible.
Archive Sale
Any styles in the Archive sale that are 40% off or more are exchange only.
Non Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Earrings for hygiene reasons
• Gift cards
• Archive items discounted over 40%
• Mystery Box's
How to Start a Return

Enter your order number and select the items you wish to return or exchange

Your return label and instructions will be generated for you
Please include your returns form or a note with your name, order number, and reason for return so we can identify your parcel on arrival.
Condition of Returned Items
To ensure your return can be accepted, items must be:
• In original condition
• Unwashed and unworn
• In original packaging with swing tags attached
• Free from makeup marks, deodorant, fake tan or scents
• Free from snags or pulls, especially delicate fabrics
Once your return is received and accepted, we will issue a full refund excluding the original delivery charge.
Your Responsibility When Returning
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item, including any additional customs charges or handling fees that may occur once the parcel enters the UK.
Always obtain a proof of postage. You are liable for the parcel until it arrives with us, so we strongly recommend using a tracked service. If an untracked return goes missing, you will need to submit a claim with your chosen courier.
Faulty Items
We’re so sorry if your knit isn’t quite perfect. We pride ourselves on our quality, but every now and then one slips through.
Please submit your faulty item through our returns portal and our team will look into it as quickly as possible.

Returns for Curated by Cara
Curated by Cara items are drop shipped directly from the independent brands I partner with, so returns need to go back to the brand who shipped your item.
Sometimes return instructions will be included in your parcel. If not, please email hello@caraandthesky.com and I will send you the correct return address and instructions.
If you have ordered from more than one brand, each item must be returned separately to the correct brand.
