  • Orders over $250 qualify for FREE standard shipping 

  • Standard Shipping - $25 - Duty will be calcutated at check out

All duties, taxes and shipping costs are paid upfront at checkout, so there are no surprise fees and nothing to pay on delivery.

      Please note that all deliveries are either a tracked or signed for service. If you live in a remote area these timescales and prices may alter. Contact us with your address if you think this may effect you and we will let you know an appropriate cost and timescale.

       

      EU CUSTOMERS - CUSTOMS & TAXES

      We offer a delivery duty paid option for our EU & USA customers which includes customs clearance and VAT paid for you to avoid any surprises when your parcel lands in the destination country. The costs of this are calculated at checkout and are based on your location.  This is only applicable on orders under €150.

       

      INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

      All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). If you order items for delivery outside the United Kingdom, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.       All our orders are fulfilled by our 3rd party warehouse called Tu Pack Fufilment. You may receive a notification from your shipping courier advising a parcel is coming from these guys which means your Cara & The Sky order is on it's way to you!
